Required replacement aerators for Magiglo open basket gas fire. This company had them in stock at a reasonable price in comparison to other firms. Ordered and was impressed by the customer care with continually update e mails on progress of the order. Delivery was personally carried out by the company and not by courier or post office which meant that the delicate fragile aerators had not been thrown about in transit. Good to see that in this day and age that a company still had Customer care at heart....

Excellent communication system - my order had quite a number of lines on it so several deliveries. My only small criticism is with the plumb centre order picking - all small items were just dumped into one big plastic bag, thus a large number of pipe fittings, inserts of various sizes etc all loose together in one bag. When we de-kitted and checked the contents to the delivery note there were a couple of shortages. Again, comms with yourselves was very good during process. Issue resolved as I just walked up to the plumb centre branch and picked up the shortages. Otherwise, will certainly recommend mytub in the future and likely use yourselves again. I ordered a Twyford Barbican basin from mytub because I love this piece and I could not find it here in France. Mytub was the only company on the web to take international orders so the choice was made. In a matter of ten days my twyford basin had arrived, in perfect condition because it was packaged extremely well in bubblewrap and wood casing. These guys are real pros, they also kept me informed with updates to my order pretty much everyday... If I ever need other pieces I need that I cant find close to home I will go with Mytub again, no hesitation! Thanks ...
