I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. The choice and fitting of this burner was non-trivial and I received entirely excellent advice on these matters from your sales team. Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked โfragileโ - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.
