The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. Some good, some bad: 3 estimated delivery dates came and went before my order was delivered. The comunication was good and regular and reponded to my concerns. would have been better to know what the hold was through this delay. I will use again but not for anything urgent.
