After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order. Good price, prompt delivery - excellent customer service. Ordered online and Internet problem meant I had to start my order again. Second attempt worked no problem. Within minutes I got a phone call from a charming lady who said she had noticed that I appeared to have ordered two firebacks within minutes of each other. Did I really want them both or just one I told her what had happened and she said not to worry she would sort it out and arrange to refund my card.
