Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.

Had this site recommended to me, one of the best recommendations ever made to me on the web, easy to use site and fast reliable delivery, not to mention great prices on parts.
Thanks.

Hi there,
I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.
Thank you

Hello Lee
Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".
Sorry for the inconvenience and I will be passing this through the correct channels.
Regards
