Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . The manufacture does not send us any paper work however there garantee still stands on the Eddy electronic water descaler/conditioner
