The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. I ordered parts for a Baxi wall heater a couple of weeks ago and eventually the parts arrived, Baxi was very slow in sending the goods but Samantha from mytub kept me informed all the way. Very good service from mytub, not so good from Baxi.
