Ordering process very straight forward, kept informed of the status of my order and delivery. I am a returning customer and again very please with the service. Excellent!

I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. Well done Inverness!
