On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. Very happy with the service. I actually ordered a different model of thermostat control however Mytub sent me an ungraded version as the one I ordered wasnt available. Easy to use website and the delivery was quick. When I did contact them they were quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
