I'm happy to give you feedback as requested, here goes...
Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple
Order delivery - complete disaster, I rang 'my tub' to enquire after the delivery as the confirmed delivery date had been missed. Jeanette was surprosed to hear this as you had confirmation of signed delivery.
I followed through with a call to the Kettering Plumb centre who also said it had been delivered - all very good but it had been delivered to the wrong address !
The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery

Despite several delays from the manufacturer i was kept informed of progress and received the goods on the day stated. The item ordered was good value for money and i would certainly use mytub again.

Proactive response from MyTub team as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong colour to begin with - many thanks.
Final delivery notification only came through on the morning of the delivery but was the day that had been given as an estimate. An approximate time would have been useful extra information.
All in all a god experience

Thank you My Tub..... I had searched everywhere for a replacement door handle for my Belling Format 626 oven but couldnt find anyone with a green one in stock - apart from you! It arrived promptly and was easy to fit - thank you for your efficient service!

Cant recommend this company highly enough .I brought an ideal standard toilet,40% cheaper than I had found anywhere else .It was delivered within 48 hours and there was excellent communication and information from both Mytub and its couriers.I would most Definately use this company again.
