Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. The order arrived at the date predicted. The order took some time to materialise due to. production problems at Potterton. The old central heating programmer is "behaving itself" at present but it will be replaced by the new one when it gives further trouble
