Great product and quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else.
Really easy to contact by phone which is rare these days.
Thank you.

We were very impressed by the service from Mytub. We collected our order less than two days after placing it. We will be recommending them to all our friends and famliy. Thanks.

You found an obsolete pump which no one else could find for which I thank you.
Now for another item,a Grant RFT thermostatic controller. My one has had the transmitter part damaged.
Please advise.

The order took a couple of days longer than anticipated because of delay from My Tubs supplier, but My Tub kept me informed of the status every day and the day they took delivery of it they had it delivered to us within a couple of hours. So 10 out of 10 for communications.

Extremely pleased with the product which is good quality and just right for our needs in the bathroom. My Tub were very good at keeping us updated with when the product was being delivered just a pity there was a bit of a wait for it to be supplied. When it did come it was via a Plumb Store, Epsom lorry which is local to us!! despite ordering from MyTub in Tyne & Wear!!!!
