I dont normally reply to requests for feedback BUT this time I was so impressed with service I had to send some positive feedback. You managed to supply items that I could not find elsewhere, there was a constant stream of status updates so I knew exactly what was happening. One part of the order was on a longish lead time and you despatched the rest of the order immediately and managed to improve the lead time of the remainder. Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. This was my first experience with my tub and possibly my last. Firstly they made a mistake, the site shows free delivery on orders over £25 – Wrong my £120 order of boiler parts just so happened to be made up of none free delivery items and even though this was my tub’s mistake they refused to waive or refund the £7 delivery charge which almost delayed the order by a day. Next, one of the parts arrived from Plumb Centre within two days and the other parts from who knows where nearly 2 weeks later – Overall, compared with many companies on the internet these days, this one did not impress me. One final comment, when things go wrong, you can’t just hit reply in e-mail, you have to go to the site and enter details in to a special page, all a bit of a faff really. ...Ian Grosvenor
