Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again.

Service was excellent and lots of other retailers should be able to offer this level of customer care - product got a minor depression caused by a knock in transit and the company was keen to exchange for a perfect item. Thank you - Im very pleased with the item having made the swap.

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! The boiler flue adaptor is exactly what is required to fix the flue problem as soon as the plumber gets round to it.
