Ordering was good but the delivery took 20 days due to carrier probs and poor packaging resulting in damage. All sorted out and communication was good.

Very disappointed that when I ordered online that was told soon afterwards that my order was about 6 weeks delivery - surely in this day and age of computers that stock levels should relate to whats available off the shelf.
Then had to pay another £60 plus to get same taps from another supplier. :0

Unfortunately this is the nature of the UK's plumbing industry, no one UK company stocks everything and also has stock on the shelves at all times. There are minimum orders that manufactures deliver so if you wish to save money you may have to wait a while. As you have discovered in this instance if you need it now you have had to go elsewhere and spend £60 more than MyTub would have charged

Great service. The item wasnt in stock once the order had been processed, in fact its a discontinued product, however Christine managed to locate one in Ireland and, upon payment of a courier fee, this was delivered the next day.

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. I was looking for an old fashioned brass bib tap without a threaded spout. Never thought I was going to locate one. Eventually found a part number for one and searched on line. Mytub was up there on the few sites providing results, went to their site, bought it and it arrived exactly when Mytub said it would. Its now fitted and weve just had a cup of tea with the water from it. Job done! Thanks Mytub. Ill definitely be using you again.
