I received my order on the 7th July, which was the date confirmed. so I was happy with this.
Before I actually made the purchase, I made various queries regarding the product to ensure that it was the right one and Jeannette who dealt with my queries was very responsive, patience and helpful.
I am happy with my purchase with my tub as not only I received great customer service, you are also the cheapest I could find.

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Good value and many thanks for having the parts which were realtively hard to find. Only issue were the unexpected delays of several weeks - a better estimate of delivery timeframes should be mentioned prior to the order, not via several emails each detailing further delays. The reasons were not expalined either.
