We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. The order took a very long time to be delivered mainly becuase the manufacturer was having trouble obtaining parts for an item is now one of its discontinued range.
There were two hinges and each had a different quaility finish. However as this part is no longer made I think it was furtunate to get it at all.
The regualr updates and feed back from myTub were excellent. The best from any supplier I have had dealings with. Each time I was ready to complain I found another update letting me know there was a delay and the reason. I was very impressed and would use myTub again because of the positive experience I had.
