Order was delivered as promised and products matched the description and were of a high quality. Good price and service I would recommend this company.

You offered a first class service with uptodate messages being forwarded to me as to where my order could be collected.
My order was made available ahead of time and was collected from the appropriate store with no fuss at all.
Thank you very much. I shall use you again if the need arises.

Excellent service. Order arrived right on time as indicated. Letting me know the day it would come was very helpful. As well as that, the lady in the office rang me up to check out my address as it wasnt clear. I certainly recommend MyTub and would use again M I MacMillan

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.

Great service, genuine parts and arrived on time. Very friendly staff. Please add images assigned to products on your website as not always we know the part number were looking for.
Thank you.
