Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. 1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. Well these were extremely well packed on bubble wrap and arrived in first class condition. All the coals matched up exactly with the layout diagram.

I originally found someone cheaper but I couldnt get through to the other supplier so I ordered from these guys. However before I ordered I asked them to price match the other supplier but I didnt really receive a price match.
I placed the order on Tuesday and it was supposed to arrive on Friday but it arrived on Monday. But the weather was not ideal so that may be an excuse for the slight delay.

My order arrived next day which was great. But the item had to be signed for. I fortunately returned home otherwise I would not of received it. I was not given a tracking number so I had no idea when the order would arrive. Also on the website it asks where to leave the order, but this is useless as the delivery driver needs the items to be signed for. The logistics need some serious attention if your going to charge high costs for delivery.
