HI.. Thanks , we received the part. A bit disappointed that the part took longer that the original estimated time because my customer had 2 options -
One supplier was cheaper but estimated a longer delivery period by a few days and your product was dearer but estimated a quicker delivery. So he chose the dearer but quicker delivery option which ended up taking longer than the other cheaper supplier had advised.
I appreciate that your delivery time is an estimate, but shame it couldnt have been a bit more realistic.

The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. I was looking for a replacement Bristan Arctic Towel. This has proved impossible to find, but MyTub were able to offer a very similar looking alternative. It was shorter than the original but is a very good substitute. I was able to dismantle the broken one and replace the broken bits with new. So a perfect solution.
