Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Barring some slight confusion over a late item which turned out to be delivered on time ! my experience was very positive. Everything arrived when I needed it in the end, and the prices were very reasonable. My one criticism is that some of the pictures on the website are misleading, as they either show the wrong item or additional items which are not in fact included....

Easy to order on website, however the statement on the website regarding free delivery on orders over £35 is misleading our order was over £50 but as it was not a stock item it cost £15 delivery. Not impressed.
Order arrived within 48 hrs after order, tin damaged but it didnt affect product....
