I recently had a domestic emergency with a broken diverter valve in our en-suite Aqualisa shower. Having done an internet trawl, MyTub seemed to be the only supplier with one in stock, when even Aqualisa the manufacturer had none. Your sales team gave me great advice over the phone and I ordered what I believe was the last one left across the whole supply chain! I paid the extra for next day delivery and hey presto, it arrived as promised yesterday. It was exactly what was required and my plumber fitted it this morning. good service, quick to reply to messages, only suggestion is that the boxes are clearly labelled for the attention of a person and not a company and therefore not getting misplaced
but other wise a good service will use again

Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient. Steve Marshall particularly. I had been let down by another company so I tried myTub. The bath I wanted was out of stock at the manufacturer but Steve suggested a replacement. I placed my order on Thursday. I needed the bath by the Monday and it turned up the next day, Friday!! I have only good to say about the execution of my order. I was kept informed of how my order was progressing, it was delivered within a few days of ordering, and was delivered the on the date I was told and within the time scale on the day. The young lady on the telephone when I first enquired was very helpful and the young man who delivered it was very polite and carried the parcel, which was a sink and quite heavy, into the house. I bought a toilet on this website, it was the Twyford E100 bottom outlet close coupled pan with the Twyford E100 Square raised height lever cistern, made for the raised height pan but decided to buy it with the standard E100 bottom outlet pan as its the same as the push button cistern accept it isnt push button, its side lever instead and its great.
This toilet was bought for a friend but had it shipped to my address as he wasnt in and I will need to buy another 3 toilets with this site soon.
When the toilet first came, it was a bit of a pain in the neck to put the cistern on the pan as the screws through the cistern wasnt long enough but the screws werent actually the problem, it was the washer that goes between the pan and the cistern.
I got a new one for my mate and it fitted ...Micheal Jones

we are thoroughly disappointed with the service we have received. the order took a very long time to arrive, when it eventually did the number of parts we ordered was wrong. after complaining about a missing part it arrived the next day which leads to the question why did they take so long to arrive in the first place. the price is very good for the parts we wanted but the service let you down and I dont think we will be using you again.
