All stuff ordered arrived as agreed. Successfully fitted. All working. My only constructive comment would be the time that it took to arrive. I am sure that there are good reasons for the elapsed time and I am happy to have waited because he price was good value. However, I did have to flush the toilet with a bucket while waiting. If I had realised what the wait time would be, I might have paid you or someone else more to get the item quicker. I dont remember the delivery time being made clear before paying.

I normally dont make the time to write reviews when I get good service but this time I couldnt excuse myself as these guys were EXCEPTIONAL!
The goods I ordered off the very clean on-line ordering process were unfortunately no longer available and the communication of that fact was both timely and professional. Not only that, the Team at My Tub tried to present some alternatives to consider which at first didnt meet my expectations.
They went away and researched some more for me, and presented an alternative which I then went for and they were duly ordered with an expectation of 6-8 week delivery given they were a special item.
I got an email and a telephone message 3 days ago saying they were now ready for dispatch and would be sent the very next day. They turned up as promised

The kit arrived about a week after I ordered it. It was complete and fault free. I saved about £ 20 compared to competition.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. Parts & spares excellent range. Delivery options need to be tightned up. Had to chase part which had been delivered to depot but not delivered to me. A new order had to be made. For the customer advise them how it will be delivered, post ,local depot, direct from supplier and estemated day of delivery. This I think would be a way to improve your service.
