First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. The item arrived exactly as advised and the item is the correct replacement. However, the instructions for fitting the toilet seat are unclear so we are having to employ a plumber to make sure it is properly secured.That means we will have paid almost £200 to deal with this.

well pleased bath delivered as stated - nice people to phone & are actually very helpful maybe they can give some pointers to british gas or bt on a part time basis.the only downside was the delivery driver who looked thoroughly hacked off but there again he was a londoner.

Excellent customer relations. Kept up to date with regular e.mails re delivery which was appreciated.
The first delivery date offered, was, in my view far too long especially as the order was paid for up front.
However, the actual delivery date was quite acceptable.

Thank you for sending my order and for the emails regarding its progress. The parcel was delivered to a trusted neighbours home. However the packing was so badly sealed that it had split open and all the contents were partly opened, the DIRTY bubble wrap was partly around the boxes and hanging out of the box and my neighbour - and apparently the delivery driver- were worried in case items were missing. Happily everything was undamaged and my order was complete. Im glad you stock items no-one else seems to care about. Thank you for that service.
