1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem.
