Order arrived Friday one week after I ordered it. I was in no rush as I just wanted to replace a water filter. However, ifsomething had been broken and needed urgent attention this would not have been a good service compared to many other internet trading companies.
Price good especially as I ordered enough filters to get free delivery.

My experiences have been very bad as this is the first time I have dealt with your company and I had to wait 17 days for a few fittings to be delivered.. 1 fitting arrived after about 10 days and the others were " lost in transit "
I dealt with a lady called Christine who was very pleasant and helpful but the lost in transit business didnt wash with me as Ive been in business for over 20 yrs !!
It will be hard for me to deal with your company again Im sorry to say but I wish you all the best for the future..

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order.
