These orders seem to go like clockwork. picked up the thermocouple yesterday .The washer was actually delivered to me by Wolsey on Friday to my door , dont know the reason for that other than it was marked up for delivery.

On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Someone from the firm was quickly on the phone to let me know when the delivery would take place (following an abortive attempt to the wrong address by the carrier!) and the lever was exactly as specified.
