Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in Portslade. The gentleman who signed the delivery note made out it was for him although the address label was clearly for me in Southwick. The delivery driver was contacted via My Hub and was able to collect the parcel and bring it to me the next day. The parcel had been opened and there was no paperwork or fitting instructions in the box. It appears the man in Portslade did not know where he had put them. I do have to stress that when putting addresses into a sat nav the post code should be used as often road names occur in neighbouring towns.

Hi there.
The first thing that went wrong was that the delivery date was shown to be very quick (which is why you got the order) - it was only when i had actually ordered the item that you subsequently informed me of the true delivery date, which was too far ahead to be of any use to us as we needed the toilet fixed before New Year's Eve as it was my birthday and we were having a party.
However luckily i rang and spoke to Laurie who was extremely polite and helpful and he took the trouble to check with the supplier for me if the item was in stock (which it was) and then arranged for the item to be delivered very very quickly. He deserves a medal as we were then able to fix the problem. He also took the trouble to wish me a happy birthday, which was above and beyond the call of duty.

Excellent service from MyTub.
Pity the toilet seat does not merit such a credit. This is the forth in 10 years, they tend to crack in the middle as the rear supports dont touch the rim of wc as they are set to high.
