I have just made my first successful purchase thanks to the patience of Deborah and Sophie. Have read the previous comments and could not agree more, fantastic place to get really hard to get bits, and once you get used to it, it's better than going shopping in town.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.

Hi,
Order arrived promptly and is an exact match for replacement valves within our childrens nurseries, there are over 150 of these valves and the children keep on breaking them..... Did try to purchase these at plumbase and plumbcentre but they could not help me! Ill be using you from now on even though these were dispatched from Burton uponTrent......
