|Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped
|Quality service, there was a delay on the delivery of one item but was kept fully informed of developments. Nice to deal with an organisation where the people are knowledgable, helpful and appreciate the customer. Top marks. I have already recommended you to a number of friends.
