Good service and prices. Ordered heated mirrors and a shower screen. Delivery slightly delayed, initially notified of this. Then had to email to find out if order had arrived at depot. It had, but depot glasgow did not have a van going out to Stirling. To get the goods to me depot sent some one out in their own car to ensure I had the goods in time for my bathrooms refit. Goods arrived in perfect condition. Was very pleased.

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything,how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are .
