Products were good,
Delivery was extremely poor.
Was kept aware, but only after chasing Delivery Delay

After a straight forward order from the web site the part arrived within the time frame stated.
I would use this company again no problem.

Order arrived very quickly. The basket looks good and is now up in the shower. I bought it because it said rustproof and has a 15 year guarantee. It will take time to assess this but Is brass with a chrome finish so it should be fine.
