The PEGLER 12inch COLD QT CARTRIDGE 814043 and the PEGLER 12inch HOT QT CARTRIDGE 814042 arrived safely at 08.30hrs on the date specified. Unfortunately there were no fitting instructions supplied. You might argue that the fitting of these cartridges should be self explanatory. Well.... the cold cartridge has a groove around the shank.... it also has a "red" seal at the bottom.... Now "red", to my simple mind, is normally associated with the "hot" water supply. Pegler did produce a fitting instruction leaflet.... which I rescued from the rubbish left by the installers who fitted my new bathroom some ten years ago. Had I not done so I feel that I would easily have made the mistake of fitting them the wrong way round. Simply labelling each cartridge as either hot or cold, or with the spe

I recently had a domestic emergency with a broken diverter valve in our en-suite Aqualisa shower. Having done an internet trawl, MyTub seemed to be the only supplier with one in stock, when even Aqualisa the manufacturer had none. Your sales team gave me great advice over the phone and I ordered what I believe was the last one left across the whole supply chain! I paid the extra for next day delivery and hey presto, it arrived as promised yesterday. It was exactly what was required and my plumber fitted it this morning. I needed this component in a hurry so went with who ever had it in stock. £12 for a five day delivery time is expensive for what is a small part especially as the order was actually fulfilled by a company local to me a few miles away in West London and not by the company I ordered from who are based in the North East. Ill be looking more closely at local suppliers in future.

Item was packed in a box 40 times the size with no packing value and motor had come out of its box and was bouncing around lucky no damages
