I was very impressed with the service given my MyTub. As I was moving and it was a bit complicated with delivery I was worried that things would go wrong but they didnt. The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why.
