Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. My order was fulfilled by Plumb Centre, Reading who not only failed to turn up on the agreed morning, but also sent the wrong sink their picking error - the paperwork sent to them was correct.
However, Jeannette sorted it all out for me and managed the situiation through to a satisfactory conclusion.
