I have recently received this order exactly on the day predicted - about 10 days after ordering, as warned.
It was a Vaillant VR61 mixer module. This communicates with the boiler eBUS and allows control of the domestic hot water valve at a high temp if required, and of TWO central heating zone valves. It replaced in my case a VR65 which will only do ONE central heating zone valve. Im happy to say you have provided me with an excellent service in sourcing the boiler part i needed. Two other companies had advised the part was obsolete, despite it being listed on their websites and taking payments. Im still waiting for a refund from the second company 5 days later! I phoned My Tub who checked while i was on the phone to confirm they could get the part and consequently it was with me in two days.

I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED
DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th
Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT
NOBODY LET ME KNOW!

Good afternoon,
We are sorry about this.
We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.

Excellent communication and service! Such a contrast from a previous company we had used. Wish we had found MyTub before. Would definitely use them again.
