The service was first class with the item arriving next day. However I do baulk at the price of spares parts, my one tiny item a small 12" bronze body without the flow regulator being 1 16th of the price of a new boiler.

Good prices, not the fastest delivery but regular status updates. Useful for their eclectic mix of products.

Very happy with the Mira shower fittings plus extra shower head. Despite being the Easter Bank Holiday the delivery was very quick. The prices are very good. I found the team very helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone. I know where to come now in future. Thank you to all concerned.
Best Wishes, Lydia Joseph

Everyone else said 7-10 days. You said you had them in stock and they arrived within 48 hours.
Well done, 10/10
