I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
