After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. My order was dealt with very speedilly and the goods arrived on time. Delivery man phoned to give time for delivery and arrived on the dot. Have not yet assembled the shower kit, but all seems to complete and in good condition.
