I have had absolutely outstanding and excellent suport from one of your technical team, Mr. Laurence Fineran, over some basin taps.
His responses and advice have been superb, I cannot praise him enough. Please pass on my thanks.

Dealing with mytub was easy, I spotted the basin on the website, phoned through to check availability and placed the order. The basin arrived 2 days later no problems. Easy thank you mytub!

The local sole agent in Dubai called ATMOST decided to stop suppoting the Ariston dishwasher model that I have and wanted me to replace the complete unit although only the door lock was broken.
They refused to order the part for me. I finally was able to find my parts at MyTub and within a few days I had my shipment at my door step and install it. It a perfect match. Excellent service and will always buy from them.
