Fantasic company. Really helpful by phone and email. Order dispatched within 2 days as promised. A pleasure to deal with which is so rare these days. Would recommend.

Still waiting for my item, wrong item delivered and now told correct item not in stock. This is contrary to the stock enquiry information I was given when I placed my order. This is now holding up my builder and I will now possibly be charged for the delay in his time.
Can you please update me when my order will arrive
Thanks.

When I questioned the delivery man he said he had a delivery date of 20th November and was not notified of any change to that!!!! Why was this when they clearly had the item in the depot and we
