Excellent service and communication. Ordered a regulator for Stoves oven which was obsolete, My Tub contacted Stoves for replacement part information. It was cheaper than original item. We searched around the net to find fitting instructions, so less than £25, much cheaper than the £900 we feared! Would highly recommend and definitely use again, thank you!

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)

The extra mile that MyTub went to complete my order was like a breath if fresh air. A swift receipt of my goods then topped off what was a very pleasing buying experience. Well done.
