Hi As this was the first time I have used my tub I was not aware of what kind of service I was going to experience ,however I should not have worried as your service and feedback have been first class, although I have a few issues with the product my tub are addressing them and keeping me informed.
Yes I will have no problem dealing with my tub again and would recommend the company to any person that I know
Cheers D.H.

Good Morning,
This is my first order with mytub, I found the follow up on my order was very good, letting me know delivery date and the warm towards your customers when placing a order in the form of a e-mail.
I will be buying again from mytub.
Kind regards
Laurie Shadbolt

Excellent, efficient service, with great communication throughout, especially with respect to delivery as this was shipped to an overseas location. Many thanks and has been delivered and received successfully.

Goods due 05 08 2013. In spite of glitches with this order your customer service has been impressive. You have sourced alternative fittings and I have been kept informed of progress.
Thank you.
