Good communication and service, product arrived when it was supposed to and in good order. Would buy from them again no bother.

Towel rails received - very well packaged!
Staff helpful - only problem was delay in receiving goods - marked as in stock on website but turned out to be only supplied on order which delayed things by a couple of months..
Other than that, all good.
