We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Unfortunately initially the wrong size coals were delivered for my gas fire.However once I had notified My Tub they were very helpful and efficient.Most impressed with how quickly Stephen responded to my emails.

When order was placed there was no communication from yourselves regarding that one of the items was out of stock and would take at least 4 weeks to get . I only found out from my local plumbers merchant who you tried to place the order with Once I had then emailed youselves a member of your staff think her name was Karen contacted me and once I explained the situation that I needed it the following week , went away and managed to source the item for me. Was very impressed with how the problem was dealt withand items were delivered when promised , but think the webpage product listings should be clearer on delivery times with these sort of items.

My order was fulfilled by Plumb Centre, Reading who not only failed to turn up on the agreed morning, but also sent the wrong sink their picking error - the paperwork sent to them was correct.
However, Jeannette sorted it all out for me and managed the situiation through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Well Done !
