Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped

Thank you for the toilet handle it works perfectly. The wait was a bit long but
acceptable. I think you should add the vat on before adding the postage.
It beats having to have a new toilet fitted.
