I am happy with the product, but when it was first delivered the delivery company put a card through the door to say they tried to deliver the parcel, I did ask that if nobody was in then please leave in the garage, this was not put on the parcel, I went and picked it up to make sure the we did receive it.

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. I ordered parts for a Baxi wall heater a couple of weeks ago and eventually the parts arrived, Baxi was very slow in sending the goods but Samantha from mytub kept me informed all the way. Very good service from mytub, not so good from Baxi.
