Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Decided to purchase the required item at mytub due to the very cheap cost, mytub easily undercut Bristan by approx £35-40 (I am now beginning to wonder how Bristan can justify their high charges). And as an added bonus, mytub offer free delivery on orders over £25, a rare treat amongst suppliers these days.
However, my initial delight was short-lived. An estimated delivery of 10 days...surely you can do better than that. In fact, if it wasn't for an email on the 5th day to the support department regarding the order, it probably would've been longer than 10 days, since the order hadn't been processed.
Once the order was processed though, the part arrived within 2 days. A perfect match for the removed item, and it installed without any problems.

Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Coming from the north-east myself, Im always glad when theres a chance to buy from a company based up there.
