Communication was first class.
Reaction to problems was superb.
Products took a little while to come but some of them were a bit obscure.
Overall a five star experience and I would gladly use again.

I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. Took some time to get the product but this turned out not to be the fault of My Tub. This item is now out of manufacture but they still managed to find one so well done My Tub. Once it was located and in stock they gave me a delivery date and kept to it.
No complaints on any level of system, product or service.

When trying to source the required 3 bar relief valve with swivel nut and gauge, I found a few sites online that claimed to stock the item, but then showed the photo of a completely different version - not very reassuring. I also visited a Travis Perkins outlet as a retailer of Inta products, and although they tried very hard for 30 minutes to identify the valve, they were unable to do so. MyTub had the right photo on their site and offered the product at a reasonable price. It arrived as per schedule and, most importantly, was indeed the right valve and gauge.
