Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of Â£7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for Â£2.80.

However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake.
